CEI Web Upload
Client can transfer files to Color Experts by using the following web-upload box. The file upload capacity is 2GB and you can upload zip file or 5 files each time. An automatic alert will go simultaneously to client as well as CEI production after uploading is completed. DO NOT CLOSE THIS PAGE DURING UPLOADING.
If you see the error “ “File upload temporarily unavailable. Please try again later” ” please refresh the page until the error is removed.
CEI FTP Upload
When you need to send a large file or a large number of files, FTP is an optimum choice. All you need to do is to apply for FTP account information and when your application is approved; CEI will e-mail your FTP User Name and Password. This information is confidential and will be shared by you and the CEI staff only. Thereafter, download FileZilla, if you are a Windows user, or FetchSoftworks, if you are using MAC, and then enter the FTP address, password, and username provided in the email.
